Shipping & Return


Our team will take care of sending the orders received by 1:00PM (italian Time) on the same day. After this time, orders will be shipped the next day (orders received Friday afternoon will be shipped on Monday). Saturday and Sunday the couriers do not deliver goods.
The couriers will deliver, unless set back, the goods to the address provided within:
- 1 or 2 days from shipping for shipments to Italy (excluding Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia);
- 2 or 3 days from delivery for deliveries to Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia;
- 4 or 5 days from shipment for deliveries in Europe;
- 4 or 5 days from delivery for deliveries to the rest of the world (plus the time for customs formalities);

The delivery times of the goods are indicative and not binding for the Seller. The delay in delivery (or shipping) does not offer the right to receive free transport or at a lower price. Furthermore, it does not offer the right to refuse the collection of the goods.



The costs are charged to the customer and vary according to weight, volume and order value. Transport costs also include handling and packaging costs. We will take care of the fastest, safest and most economical solution for your shipment. The goods travel at the risk of the buyer, even if sold in free port with cash on delivery; the transfer of ownership of the asset (and of the relative risks) is perfected with the consent, also verbal, pursuant to Art. 1376c.c. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of purchase, based on the volumetric weight of the order.



In case of return, it is essential to call the office or send an email to to request authorization to return goods. Requests must be made within 14 working days of receipt of goods. The Goods and the packages must be intact and complete with all their parts. Our warranty and return service follows the normative of the legislative decree 206/2005, artt 52-59.
